We take great care in manufacturing and packaging every PK Toys product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if
- The product is damaged during delivery.

- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase must be included.
Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Change of mind after the product has been used.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.

Replacement Policy
In many cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, especially if:

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- If a replacement is approved because of our mistake, PK Toys will arrange the replacement shipment where applicable.
